Jeremy Brothers
Artistic Director, Director of the Training Center

Jeremy is a graduate of UMass Amherst and has been with Improv Asylum since February, 2002. Jeremy totes the fact that he is from Tewksbury, the carnation capital of the world.

Chris Carpenter

 Marketing Director
Chris is a graduate of UMass Amherst and has been back at Improv Asylum since January, 2015.  Chris once appeared on MTV's Total Request Live and waits all year for summertime to float in Maine.  

Bryan Daley

Events Manager and Marketing Associate
Bryan is a graduate of Suffolk University and Boston University and has been with Improv Asylum since April, 2008. Bryan spends his time biking around the city in his goofy helmet or watching anything on HBO. 

Chet Harding

Co-Owner, Director of Corporate Training
Executive Producer
Chet co-founded Improv Asylum with Norm Laviolette (still a co-owner) and Paul D'Amato in 1997. Chet is an alum of Amherst College and Second City's Conservatory Program. Chet is a big fan of Taco Tuesdays.

Suzy Iarusso
Accountant
Suzy is a graduate of Fairfield University and has been with The Asylum since November, 2012.  Suzy enjoys watching sports and going to games.

Jon Kinney

Box Office Manager
Jon is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, and has been with the company since September 2013. Ways to his heart include coffee, salt & vinegar chips, and Star Wars.

Norm Laviolette
Co-Owner, Chair of the B.I.G.'s*
Executive Producer

Norm co-founded Improv Asylum with Chet Harding (still a co-owner) and Paul D'Amato in 1997. Norm is an alum of UMass Amherst and is a Second Lieutenant in the Vermont National Guard. Norm enjoys rugby and "wild man workouts" in his free time.

Erica LeBlanc
Asst. General Manager
Erica is a graduate of Suffolk University and has been at Improv Asylum since April of 2014. She's a big Red Sox fan, ran the Boston Marathon, and quotes Beyonce at least once a day.

Helen Lin
Director of Sales & Event Planning
Helen is a graduate of Boston University and has been with Improv Asylum since July, 2015.  Helen is a marathon swimmer and a competitive ice swimmer.

Bob Melley

Director of Business Development / Corporate Training Manager
Bob has been with The Asylum since September, 2011.  Bob is responsible for helping map out a path towards IA's inevitable world domination. Bob has previously helped build and lead several successful businesses.

Mike Paternoster
Training Center Admin, Office Manager
Mike is a graduate of Champlain College. In addition to TC Admin and Office Manager, you can also find Mike ushering or playing keyboard for Improv Asylum shows.

Stacey Princi

Director of Operations, Producer
Stacey is a graduate of American University (undergrad) and Lesley University (Masters). She has been a part of Improv Asylum since its inception in 1997. Stacey is a Cape Cod girl at heart.

Pablo Rojas

Operations Manager, Producer
Pablo is a graduate of Boston University and has been with Improv Asylum since June, 2009. Pablo rides his motorcycle 365 days a year.
