Jim Zaroulis
Jim Zaroulis, of Tewksbury, MA, is excited to be music director for another Improv Asylum revue. Working with such brilliant and talented actors/directors has made his experiences here to be the most rewarding, creative, and educational work he's ever done. As a pianist/keyboardist he has performed all over the country with the likes of Grammy Award winning artists Taste of Honey and Gloria Gaynor as well as Thelma Houston, Evelyn "Champange" King, The Coasters, and comedian Joe Piscopo. As a composer he has written many promotional jingles, most notably for Atlantic City's hospitality coalition, and along with writer Jeremy Brothers, wrote the music for the highly successful Improv Asylum production of "You're a Good Man, Scott Brown." When not behind the keyboards in the theater Jim maintains a busy teaching schedule as a piano instructor at the Bradford School of Music in North Andover, MA, as well as leading and performing in his wedding/function band "Boston City Rhythm."
