We Can Help You Figure That Out! Improv Asylum has an ongoing partnership with Dr. Frederick Neff, a licensed psychologist, executive coach/consultant. Dr. Neff has worked with professional athletes, CEOs, top-level managers/directors as well as entire organizations.

Here’s what that means to you – Dr. Neff can work with you to complete a formal assessment to pinpoint areas that your organization can improve on. He then works with Improv Asylum to create a program that addresses those needs. Following the initial training, Dr. Neff is available for individual and/or group follow-up to re-assess and to continue to drive toward success. In many cases, this has led to effective, ongoing relationships/training that focus on achieving continued results – increasing commitment to change and leading to sustainable improved performance. And since Improv Asylum is involved, you can also count on engaging training that people will actually enjoy!

To get started, we can utilize a variety of assessment tools, with particular focus on:

Emotional Intelligence

(Hay Group):

• ECI 360 analysis for individual(s) and group results
• ECI analysis for leadership style
• ECI organizational climate survey.

Leadership Skills and Perspectives

(Center for Creative Leadership):

• 360 analysis of critical learnings that can often lead to success in management and executives roles.

Teambuilding – Assessments:

• Team Development Questionnaire (TDQ) – measures the extent to which a team is a true team rather than a group of individuals.
• Team Assessment Questionnaire – diagnostic tool used to evaluate a team’s susceptibility to dysfunctional behaviors.

There are also other assessments that we can execute: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, conflict management assessments, effective performance and more.
