Let Boston’s Improv Asylum host your next fundraising event. With over 10 years and 5,000 shows worth of experience behind us, let Improv Asylum put our talents toward your cause.

Improv Asylum makes it easy to host an event and raise money for your benefit.

We offer two options for fundraising events:

PRIVATE EVENT

It’s simple: Improv Asylum will give your organization 100 steeply discounted tickets at $7.50 a piece for events held on Sundays ($6.00 a piece for events held on Mondays and Tuesdays, and $10 apiece for events held on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays). You sell the tickets for whatever price you like. You keep all the revenue from your ticket sales. And since our theater seats up to 180, your event has room to grow if you need more tickets. It’s that easy. We’ll even provide the front room and bar for you at no cost if you want to bring in catering or host a cocktail party, silent auction or anything else you can think of.

Improv Asylum provides you with the space, staff, and best of all our hilarious audience-inspired improvisational comedy show. To qualify, your organization needs to be a recognized not-for-profit company, or be raising funds for such a company or recognized charity. A fundraising event with Improv Asylum is sure to please both you as an organizer and your guests who attend the show. And remember, if you can get people laughing, they are always more willing to give!

50/50

Improv Asylum wants you to know that we are always on the lookout to help organizations raise money for a good cause. That is why we are proud to offer our 50/50 Fundraising Program to any eligible organization.

As any organizer of a fundraising program knows, you can use all the help you can get. Improv Asylum makes it simple for you. Hold any fundraising event here at one of our regularly scheduled shows and we will split the price of the ticket with your organization. It’s that simple. There are no guaranteed minimums, so there is no risk of losing any money on the event. We assign your group an event code and when people call in to buy tickets they let us know the event code for the show they are purchasing tickets for. We take care of the rest.

The night of the performance you walk out with a check in hand for your cause.

Tickets to shows are $20. This program is valid Wednesday through Friday nights. Not valid on Saturdays. All 50/50 Fundraisers are coordinated by our group sales manager. She will work with you every step of the way and be available to answer any questions you may have. Organizations will also be allowed to set up a donation table in out front room lobby, we will promote the event on our web site and will even put up slides promoting your organization on our monitors.
