ROOM RENTAL
Front room rental is $200.00/hour.

Fee includes front room bar and lounge, coat rack, restroom facilities, bartender, manager and staff as well as all utility fees.

BAR OPTIONS
Corporate Clients have the following bar options:

• Open bar
  
• Cash bar
  
• Open bar to a certain limit
  
• Per hour consumption
  
• Drink tickets
  

For either open bar option, the drink ticket option, or the per hour consumption option, the client will need to supply the bartender with a credit card at the beginning of the event and pay the bar tab in full + 19% gratuity at the end of the event.

Improv Asylum will provide the client with drink tickets if they choose that option. The client will need to notify Improv Asylum as to how many guests will be attending and how many drink tickets per guest they would like. The client will be responsible for distributing the tickets at their event.

The hourly fees for the per hour consumption option are:

1 hr.    $14/person
2 hr.    $20/person
3 hr.    $25/person

*Dolce Vita and Mother Anna’s are Italian restaurants across the street from us who will prepare the food at their location and bring it down to the club. They do not serve it.

**Jules Catering is out of Somerville. Sheila will create a motif around whatever your theme is. She will prepare the food on-site, set it up, serve it and break it down. Or she will bring it prepared and you can self-serve. They also provide linens and decorations.

***Rebecca’s Cafe has many locations, but their closest is in downtown Boston.

Our theater does not have a kitchen and we do not serve food. However, you can hire your own caterer to come in. Your caterer will need to get in touch with us in advance to discuss their set-up and their time frame. All equipment and food trash will need to be removed by the caterer at the end of the night.

Our front room has cocktail tables that seat about 35-40 people. Most companies have a buffet-style food set-up and guests stand.
