Jeremy Brothers

Artistic Director, Director of the Training Center
Jeremy is a graduate of UMass Amherst and has been with Improv Asylum since February, 2002. Jeremy totes the fact that he is from Tewksbury, the carnation capital of the world.

Fred Clifford

Director, Meetings & Conference Services
Fred is a graduate of Skidmore College and brings The Asylum a wealth of experience along with a strong track record of marketing and communications leadership in the global travel and tourism industry.  He has developed and implemented successful public relations and trade marketing operations and has built strong partnerships with global media, airlines, and travel industry operators and suppliers.

Bryan Daley

Assistant Director of Operations, Production Assistant
Bryan is a graduate of Suffolk University and has been with Improv Asylum since April 2008. Bryan could formerly be seen as Casey in The Asylum's production of All the Single Ladies at Ned Devine's on Saturday nights.

Director of Operations, IA Dublin
Bryan splits his time between Boston and Dublin, Ireland heading up the operations of our European branch based out of Dublin.

Chet Harding

Co-Owner, Director of Corporate Training
Main Stage Director, Executive Producer
Chet co-founded Improv Asylum with Norm Laviolette (still a co-owner) and Paul D'Amato in 1997. Chet is an alum of Amherst College and Second City's Conservatory Program. Chet is a big fan of Taco Tuesdays.

Suzy Iarusso
Accountant
Suzy is a graduate of Fairfield University and has been with The Asylum since November, 2012.  Suzy enjoys watching sports and going to games.

Mary Largenton

Events Manager
Mary is a graduate of Johnson & Wales and has been with Improv Asylum since August, 2009. Mary is a huge Betty White fan.

Norm Laviolette

Co-Owner , Chair of the B.I.G.'s*
Main Stage Director, Executive Producer

Norm co-founded Improv Asylum with Chet Harding (still a co-owner) and Paul D'Amato in 1997. Norm is an alum of UMass Amherst and is a Second Lieutenant in the Vermont National Guard. Norm enjoys rugby and "wild man workouts" in his free time.

Lizzie Malvicini

Office Manager
Lizzie is an alum of The College of St. Rose and has been with The Asylum since February of 2013.  In addition to overseeing the operations of our corporate office, Lizzie is also a manager at the theater.  Lizzie likes drawing.  She likes drawing dogs.  And she especially likes drawing dogs for money on the internet.


Bob Melley

Director of Business Development / Corporate Training Manager
Bob has been with The Asylum since September, 2011.  Bob is responsible for helping map out a path towards IA's inevitable world domination. Bob has previously helped build and lead several successful businesses. 

Stacey Princi

Director of Operations, Producer
Stacey is a graduate of American University (undergrad) and Lesley University (Masters). She has been a part of Improv Asylum since its inception in 1997. Stacey is a Cape Cod girl at heart.

Pablo Rojas

Operations Manager
Pablo is a graduate of Boston University and has been with Improv Asylum since June, 2009. Pablo rides his motorcycle 365 days a year.

Jay Walsh
General Manager
Jay attended UMass Lowell and Salem State University and has been with Improv Asylum since July, 2013.  Jay is a die-hard Bruins fan.

Shalyn Ward
Marketing Manager
Shalyn is a graduate of Suffolk University and has been with Improv Asylum since February, 2009. Shalyn likes to volunteer and is currently working with JumpStart.

Evan Xenakis

Box Office Manager
Evan is a graduate of Emerson College and has been with Improv Asylum since June, 2006. Evan loves opera and everything about it.
