Tis the Season! Our 24-hour show for charity is back for the holidays!

Tis the season for giving! Improv Asylum is hosting its annual 24-hour improv show, No Rest for the Wicked Funny,
on December 22nd
to December 23rd
from 7pm – 7pm. All proceeds from No Rest for the Wicked Funny go directly to Globe Santa, The Boston Globe’s foundation dedicated to providing families in need essentials and presents for the holidays.
With a crew of over a dozen performers, the show starts promptly at 7pm on Thursday, December 22nd and there is no break in the action until 7pm on Friday. With special guests joining the actors on stage throughout the night, multiple live auctions, and the inevitable insanity brought on from a lack of sleep, No Rest for the Wicked Funny is your way to laugh off the stresses of the holidays while supporting a cause for those in need.
Come for a couple hours on Thursday night and then come back during the day on Friday! Your ticket gets you access to come back to check out the show throughout the 24-hours. Just because the actors stay up all night doesn’t mean we expect you to.
Get your tickets here!
ALSO- This year we’re trying something a little extra. We’re asking corporate groups if they’d be so generous to help us in our endeavors for Globe Santa by sponsoring an hour of the 24-hour show. For a $500 tax-deductible donation, the actors will announce the sponsor of each actor and use your company’s name as a suggestion for a scene on stage. Want to provide a fun activity for your employees on the Friday before the holiday weekend? Send them down to our theater for your sponsored hour and we’ll interview them on stage!
So think about it! $500 for local families in need and you get some non-traditional advertising, a fun outing for your employees, and that warm, fuzzy feeling knowing you did something good for the holiday season.
To sponsor an hour, please email Bryan@improvasylum.com for available time slots. If you’d like to make just a general (but very much appreciated) donation, visit Globe Santa’s site here.
