Having just joined Improv Asylum in September of 2008, Jim has found working the main stage shows some of the most exciting and rewarding work he’s ever done. He is also looking forward to working with the newest NXT production. A professional pianist by trade, Jim has toured and shared stages with the likes of Doo-Wop sensations The Coasters and The Drifters, Grammy award-winning A Taste of Honey, and comedian Joe Piscopo. When not behind the keyboards at Improv Asylum, Jim maintains a busy teaching schedule and is the leader of his 8-piece high energy dance/party band Boston City Rhythm. Born and raised in illustrious Tewksbury, Massachusetts, with minor stints in California and Beverly, Massachusetts, Jim holds a Music Business/Performance degree from The University of Massachusetts/Lowell.
